1. Appointment Cancellation

• Prior Notice: Appointments can be canceled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated in advance.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the appointment.

2. Service Refunds

• Non-Refundable Services: Payments for completed dental treatments are non-refundable.
• Partially Completed Treatments: If a treatment is canceled midway, refunds for unused portions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, after deducting the cost of completed work.
• Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages will be calculated based on the services already availed and any applicable administrative fees.

3. Product Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds for dental products purchased at the clinic are allowed if the product is defective or unused and returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

4. Refund Process

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Emergency Situations

If cancellations or refunds are requested due to medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, we will assess the situation individually to provide a fair resolution.
